2024 Concert Schedule


YOTB Concert Poster Come and enjoy a free, old-fashioned band concert in a beautiful park setting. Each month, Ye Olde Towne Band of Los Altos provides an enjoyable concert presenting music ranging from rousing marches to popular musicals. Spend a lazy Sunday afternoon sitting on the grass listening to your favorite concert music. A playground is available for the youngsters. Bring a picnic lunch to enjoy.

Ye Olde Towne Band

Ye Olde Towne Band rehearses each Thursday evening from April through September.  Rehearsals start at 7:30 PM and run to about 9:15 PM.  We meet in the Garden House at Shoup Park (map), 400 University Avenue, Los Altos, California. Membership is open to musicians of all skill levels.  There are no auditions.  Chairs for the musicians are provided, but they should bring their own music stands and stand light (if needed).

John DeLoach, conductor John DeLoach has been a long time member of Ye Olde Towne Band, serving in our trumpet section.  He has served as our conductor since 2004, following in the footsteps of his mentor and YOTB's previous conductor, Eldon Wiegman.
